Enhanced Online Security for You
Select your security images by February 13, 2010!
To further enhance our online security of Virtual Branch (Home Banking), a new level of authentication was added on January 14, 2010. This Multi-Factor Authentication will allow you to verify that you are using the official BHCU Virtual Branch website.
With so much fraud and phishing of websites today, this is a valuable tool that will help protect you and your personal financial information.
When you log onto Virtual Branch, you will need to answer a few questions. It will also ask you to select a secret image and phrase combination that you choose. This secret image and phrase is displayed each time you log on to reassure you that you are logging on to your actual Internet banking or bill payment site. If you do not see your image and phrase, you should not enter your Security Code.
Finally, it will ask you a few “challenge” questions that you can select and answer as you like. It will be very important to remember the exact answers to these questions. These questions will be used only to confirm your identity when you log on to Virtual Branch with a computer that is different from the one you typically use with Home Banking.
All of these measures will help keep your information safer, thus enabling you to have a better online home banking experience.

Please make sure that you have selected your security images and phrase by February 13, 2010. You will not be able to access Virtual Branch if you haven’t selected the security images.

Attention Night Shift: 2010 Schedule
A credit union representative will be in the cafeteria from 11:30 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. on the first Thursday of each month You may drop by to pick up forms, open a new account, ask questions, make suggestions, etc. We want to make a personalized effort to service your financial needs.
If you make arrangements during our open office hours, the representative will be happy to deliver checks and anything you wish to pick up during the shift. The following is our 2010 schedule:

- June 3
- July 1
