Special Note for First Time Callers:

Call 284-BART (2278), press 1 for English, 2 for Spanish. Press 1 for account information. When BART asks for your account number, enter the number that has been assigned to you then press #. When BART asks for your PIN, enter the last 4 digits of your social security number then press #. Choose option 5 and change your PIN number to a non-identifying number.

Press 1 for English, 2 for Spanish. Press 2 for Credit Union information which includes hours and address.

Inquiry Shortcuts (for Main Menu Option 1)

111 All savings balances
112 Specific savings balance (enter suffix)
121 All checking balances
122 Specific checking balance (enter suffix)
131 All certificate balances
132 Specific certificate balance (enter suffix)
141 All loan balances
142 Specific loan balance (enter suffix)
151 Current year-to-date interest and dividend
152 Previous year-to-date interest and dividend

Transfer Shortcuts (for Main Menu Option 2)

21 To transfer funds between savings or checking accounts
22 To transfer loan payments from savings or checking
accounts
23 For line of credit loan advance transfers to a savings or
checking account

History Shortcuts (for Main Menu Option 3)

311 Savings account balance and history
312 Last savings account EFT information
321 Checking account balance and history
322 Last checking account EFT information
324 Check cleared information

Know Your Suffixes

Call the credit union in advance...or consult your statements for the special two-digit suffix which identifies each of your BHCU accounts. (Why not jot them down for future reference!) Press # for a list of suffixes.

Example of suffixes:

SAVINGS - 01,11, 21, etc.
CHECKING - 07, 17, 27, etc.
CHRISTMAS CLUB - 08, 18, 28, etc.
MONEY MARKET - 09, 19, 29, etc.
CERTIFICATES/IRAs - OA, OB, OC, OD, etc.
LOANS - 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06

Use the Shortcuts

You can go from the Main Menu straight to the number which corresponds to the type of account you're wanting to access. You'll need your suffix to call up YOUR account.
