When you do not have access to a computer, BHCU’s Audio Response Service is easy and convenient. This is a free service that allows you to get account information by phone any time of the day or night. Simply call 615-284-2278.
Special Note for First Time Callers:
For first time users of the Audio Response Service, you will log in with your Member number, which is your account number. Next, it will ask for your personal identification number. The first time you log into the system you should enter the last four digits of the primary account holder’s Social Security number. At that point, you will be prompted to change your PIN for future use. Please make note of your new PIN.
As an extra layer of security, you will always be asked to enter your zip code.

Know Your Suffixes
Check your account statements for the special two-digit suffix which identifies each of your BHCU accounts.
Use the Shortcuts
You can go from the Main Menu straight to the number which corresponds to the type of account you wish to access. You'll need your suffix number to access YOUR specific account.
