Please be aware of a new scam targeting members of financial institutions. Members have recently reported receiving text messages on their
cell phone from the “Credit Union National Association.” The message requests that they reactivate their card or to report their card
number. Please DO NOT RESPOND to these text messages or call the phone number listed in the text message. These messages are
NOT LEGITIMATE AND ARE FRAUDULENT.
Remember that Baptist Hospital Credit Union or any financial institution will NEVER send emails or text messages requesting your account number
or PIN numbers.
If you ever have concerns about a message or call you have received, please call our office
